Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr Property Manager to join our team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry located in SOUTHFIELD, Michigan. As a Sr Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maintaining financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational aspects of the properties, including tenant relations, maintenance, security, and vendor management.

• Handle tenant complaints and service requests, ensuring swift resolution and adherence to lease terms.

• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain property upkeep and service standards.

• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations.

• Oversee the financial performance and reporting for the properties.

• Maintain compliance with the terms of tenant leases.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the properties, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, and snow removal.

• Utilize property management software, such as Yardi Property Management, for efficient operations.

• Oversee the management of commercial real estate in line with the management agreements for assigned properties.

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry

• Proven expertise in Yardi Property Management software

• Extensive experience in Commercial Property Management

• Demonstrated ability in managing property budgets

• Proficiency in Real Estate Property Management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or related field preferred

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Real estate license or professional certification in property management would be an advantage

• Knowledge of local, state and federal property regulations

• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
