Description
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive team. You will provide high-level administrative support, manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and accommodations for executives.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive review.
Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond promptly.
