Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Tax Manager to join our team in the detail oriented Services industry located in Southlake, Texas. As a Tax Manager, your role will be pivotal in handling complex tax returns, partnership tax returns, and corporate tax returns. You will be expected to apply your skills and expertise to ensure tax compliance and accuracy, contributing significantly to our team's success.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the preparation and review of complex tax returns • Supervise the preparation of partnership tax returns and ensure their accuracy • Oversee the process of corporate tax return preparation and validate its correctness • Conduct tax research and planning to optimize tax strategies • Collaborate with other team members to improve tax procedures and policies • Identify and mitigate tax risks • Coordinate and manage audit processes • Stay updated with industry trends and changes in tax laws • Provide support and guidance to entry level staff members in the team • Maintain relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Resume via LinkedIn - Hemant Dahya Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant tax role in the detail oriented services industry. • Proficiency in handling complex tax returns. • Experience with partnership tax returns is necessary. • Demonstrated expertise in corporate tax return preparation and submission. • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is preferred. • Strong understanding of tax code, compliance and procedures for corporations. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity. • Ability to respect and maintain confidentiality. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
