We are in search of a dedicated Product Manager to join our team in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The role will focus on managing and refining product roadmap features, prioritizing product backlogs, and working closely with business stakeholders in an Agile Scrum environment. This role is positioned within the telecom provider industry and will leverage your skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, and EO/IR systems.

Responsibilities:

• Work in an Agile environment to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, and identify risks.

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including the creation of user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Prioritize and maintain the backlog for the product while balancing the requirements of the business stakeholders.

• Actively participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies for the implementation of work such as Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retros.

• Partner with the scrum team to provide training to business users on new functionality.

• Evaluate, recommend, and help implement improvements on digital strategy to maximize software investment and advance business value throughout the company.

• Be responsible for the product area roadmap and research to demonstrate innovation and "art of the possible".

• Focus on continuous learning of digital assets to stay current on optimizing business results.

• Analyze and report on digital initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders.

• Coordinate for the product area Center of Excellence with appropriate business stakeholders on a regular cadence.

Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in a Product Manager role or similar position.

• Demonstrable expertise in using Atlassian Jira for project management.

• Proficiency in cloud technologies and their application in product management.

• Experience in SAP ECC or S/4 HANA

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems is essential.

• Strong customer service skills to effectively meet client needs.

• Practical experience in design and engineering related to product development.

• Proficiency in SAP for efficient product management.

• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in product ownership roles.

• Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
