Description
A regional firm in Spokane, WA is seeking a Patent Prosecution Paralegal to join their team. Once onboarded, this role offers a hybrid work-from-home schedule.
The salary range for this role is 80-110k. Benefits include: medical dental and vision insurance with monthly premiums 100% paid for employees, coverage available for dependents paid at 50%, 15 days PTO (grows with tenue up to 25), 401K + match after a year, firm pays for parking or bus, 11 paid holidays
Some Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in patent prosecution, including US and foreign patents.
• Support attorneys in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• Conduct USPTO and PCT filings and searches.
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Patent Prosecution Paralegal
Experience on both US and Foreign Patents
Prior filing with the USPTO
Experience prepping and filing patent applications
Experience docketing and tracking case deadlines
