Robert Half Sales/Project Administrator in Spokane, Washington
Description
We are looking for a Sales Analyst in Spokane, Washington. As a Sales Analyst, you will be working with sales, management, production, and dispatch teams to manage a variety of products and services. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments and communicating with customers to ensure a seamless sales process.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the customer’s experience throughout the sales process.
• Maintain positive communication with customers regarding job status.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Sales & Management over multiple product lines.
• Read plans and specifications for projects, both public and private.
• Complete quotes, maintain accurate documentation, and process approved quotes.
• Contact customers to obtain/report updated job status.
• Coordinate with production for inventory needs.
• Work closely with dispatch on deliveries.
• Properly track and document activities.
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $65,000

Requirements • Proficiency in CRM tools for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data
• Advanced knowledge of Data Mining Techniques to extract and analyze data from different perspectives
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems to manage day-to-day business activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, manipulation, and visualization
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for managing emails, schedules, and tasks
• Competency in using 'About Time' for mobile resource management
• Understanding of Budget Processes for planning and controlling company's finances
• Ability to Create Dashboards for visualizing data and tracking key metrics
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact with customers effectively and address their needs
• Basic understanding of Finance to analyze company's financial status and make necessary recommendations
