Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Spring, Texas. This role is integral to our IT department, providing front-line technical support to users with hardware and software-related issues. You will be responsible for maintaining our department's computers, printers, and mobile equipment, as well as updating our website as needed. This role also includes on-site work at various locations to resolve issues and coordination with leadership and vendors for support.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line technical support to users, addressing hardware and software-related issues.

• Maintain department computers, printers, and mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Document all work performed in our ticketing system, ensuring accurate records for future reference.

• Maintain a detailed inventory of parts and equipment, documenting any changes as needed.

• Update and maintain the company website in line with the company's needs and updates.

• Perform on-site work at various locations as necessary to resolve hardware or software issues.

• Participate in on-call technical support rotation to provide users with after-hours support.

• Work closely with leadership and vendors to coordinate support and resolve any outstanding issues.

• Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments for effective Deskside Support. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies

• Experience with EO/IR systems

• Ability to troubleshoot Mac Computers

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

• Experience with Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Configuration Management

• Experience in Deployments
