We are seeking a proficient Customer Service Agent to join a successful insurance agency in Springdale, Arkansas. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service in both Spanish and English languages. This role involves handling incoming phone calls, processing customer payments, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.

Responsibilities:

• Promptly and professionally answer incoming phone calls from clients.

• Assist clients with policy-related inquiries, providing accurate information about our services in both Spanish and English.

• Accurately and efficiently process customer payments.

• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner, ensuring satisfactory resolution.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to clients.

• Comply with all company guidelines and regulatory requirements at all times.

• Utilize your skills in Answering Multi-Line Phone System, Customer Service, Email Correspondence, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Requirements • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook

• Able to effectively operate a multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills and experience

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Experience in email correspondence

• Previous experience in a receptionist role or similar customer-facing role

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Punctuality and reliability are essential

• High level of professionalism and personal integrity

• Attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and work pressure

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
