This Customer Service Representative position is based in the Springfield, Massachusetts region and is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment opportunity.

Your responsibilities

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Manage and place incoming telephone calls Requirements - Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

  • Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

  • Excellent computer skills

  • Strong communication skills and able to receive criticism well

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Call Center Customer Service experience highly desired

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred

  • Call center experience preferred

  • Well-founded grasp of High Volume Call Center

  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel

  • Proven knowledge of Fast Paced Call Center

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

  • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
