Robert Half HR Consultant in St. Cloud, Minnesota

Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a HR Project Manager in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role involves refining and enhancing a DEIB toolkit, providing specialized HR consultancy, and addressing the diverse needs of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Review and provide feedback on the existing DEIB toolkit from an HR perspective

• Develop strategies to improve equity in housing, employment, healthcare, and community engagement

• Educate employers on Somali culture, customs, and needs in order to foster an inclusive workplace

• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring they are inclusive and equitable

• Provide HR expertise in the administration of a large grant

• Collaborate with Filson talent partners to aid Somali candidates in securing jobs in manufacturing

• Organize educational workshops with the goal of retaining community members

• Leverage skills in Diversity Recruitment, Employment Law, and Employer-Employee relations to ensure the organization's compliance with current regulations and best practices

• Act as a consultant to review and provide feedback on the DEIB toolkit to ensure it aligns with HR best practices and standards.

Please note that this role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in HR Project Management

• Proficient in Diversity Recruitment strategies and practices

• Strong knowledge of Employment Law, both from the perspectives of the employee and the employer

• Superior interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR projects

• Experience in coordinating with different departments and stakeholders

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

• Exceptional problem-solving skills

• Proficient in using HR software and tools

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
