Robert Half Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist in St Cloud, Minnesota


Robert Half HR Services Direct Hire Division is representing client in the Marketing & Advertising industry in their efforts to identify their next Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with key stakeholders to deliver critical talent to fuel the growth and transformation of our client. In this role, you will capitalize on your ability to create innovative sourcing strategies for complex role profiles and foster partnerships with internal leaders to drive results. You will be responsible for identifying future hiring needs, assisting with designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, and conducting interviews.

This position is hybrid, requiring one day a week in office and located in Saint Cloud, MN.

Duties for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

  • Manage full recruitment life-cycle across a variety of open roles helping managers identify, hire, and retain quality talent.

  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up.

  • Continuously partner with other recruiters, leaders, and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

  • Provide timely communication to the candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.

  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.

  • Lead/support onboarding activities including orientations, scheduling/coordinating pre-employment checks and screens, document collection, etc.


Requirements for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience

  • Previous experience with Applicant Tracking systems

  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structures, behavioral, competency based)

  • The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies for all positions including hourly, salary, non-exempt, salary expect and executive
