Robert Half Direct has partnered with a client in St. Louis, MO who is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of their online marketing efforts. The Digital Marketing Manager will be promoting our client's owned and operated web properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things online marketing. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign. Our client is specifically looking for someone who has a comprehensive knowledge of Google AdWords or 2 or more years of experience with Google AdWords.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers

  • Continually plan, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns

  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to drive company revenues

  • Manage dozens of campaigns across many web properties

  • Provide creative ideas and concepts to the content team

  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using our proprietary tracking system

  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

Requirements

  • Proven experience and track record as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices

  • 2+ years of experience with paid social media, Google AdWords (Search, Display, Discover, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and/or Native

  • Ad copy writing, editing and optimizing

  • Keyword research for paid campaigns

  • Ad creative development for social sources

  • Ability to identify, react and understand the continually shifting digital advertising climate

  • Ability to dissect and identify most profitable targeting parameters

  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
