Description

Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to place a Human Resource Manager on a direct hire basis. The Human Resource Manager will be developing a Training Program and creating HR processes for employees in the field, approving payroll in Paycor, posting job descriptions, handling escalated employee relations issues, working with supervisors in the field on performance management issues, dealing with Workman's Comp and FMLA. A large amount of the processes have been automated but just need some fine tuning. This role involves developing training programs and HR processes for field employees, handling escalated employee relations issues, and managing performance issues. The HR Manager will also be involved in the administration of benefits, open enrollment, and the enhancement of automated HR processes. The annual salary for the Human Resource Manager is up to 85K. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for field employees

• Create effective HR processes and policies to support employee performance and engagement

• Handle escalated employee relations issues and work with supervisors on performance management

• Manage the approval process of payroll in accordance with company standards and legal requirements

• Post job descriptions

• Assist with Benefit Open Enrollment and answer related queries from employees

• Work on compliance matters, including Workers' Compensation and FMLA

• Enhance automated HR processes and systems for improved efficiency

• Administer compensation and benefits to ensure fair and competitive packages for employees

• Handle bi-monthly payroll and manage garnishments in compliance with legal standards.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources (HR) Manager role or similar

• Proficient in using 'About Time' software for HR management

• Expertise in managing Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of HR Compliance and Employee Relations

• Demonstrable experience in HR Administration

• Experience with Automated Payroll and Bi-Monthly Payroll systems

• Knowledgeable in Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) regulations

• Ability to handle Garnishments in payroll

• Proven track record in implementing HR policies and procedures effectively

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills

• Relevant HR certifications would be a plus
