As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional technical support to our end-users. Requirements
Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and network connectivity.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
Assist with user account management and password resets.
System Administration: Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups.
Assist with network administration, including troubleshooting network connectivity problems.
Project Work: Participate in IT projects, such as hardware and software deployments.
Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes and procedures.
Create knowledge base articles to assist with troubleshooting and self-service support.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of IT support principles and practices.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of 1 a team.
