Where We Need You:
The Risk & Compliance Practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Healthcare Industry team.
What You Can Expect:
The Senior Consulta nt coaches Interns, Consultants, and facilitates the successful completion of project work plan . Serving as both role model and trainer, the Senior Consultant demonstrates the attributes of excellent client service and assists team members in developing technical and professional competency. The Senior Consultant learns to identify areas of risk and opportunities to improve efficiencies. Relationships with client personnel and professional associates strengthen as the ability to communicate, gain trust and network improves. At the direction of managers, the Senior Consultant may accept responsibility for decision-making, ranging from staffing and preparation of deliverables to application of methodologies.

Do Your Talents Include the Following?
Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
A solid foundation in risk and compliance processes and objectives.
An understanding of healthcare provider regulations (e.g., HIPAA, False Claims Act, Conflicts of Interest, etc.).
Strong experience in Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute and physician arrangements .
Comprehension of core business processes related to hospitals, academic medica l center , physician practices, and/or other provider types.
Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and developing key deliverables, including process flows, work programs, reports, and control summaries.
Ability to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across the healthcare provider sector.
P roject management and reporting capabilities.
Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Ability to network and support existing client relationships.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area
3 + years working in provider healthcare compliance environment, preferably a hospital or academic medical center, or law firm, consulting or related field, either in professional services or industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
Juris Doctor preferred.
Professional Certification such as CHC, CHPC, CHRC or similar preferred.
