Description
We are in search of a detail-oriented Data Specialist to join our team in the Service industry located in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing data entry tasks, maintaining databases, handling invoices and purchase orders, and resolving delivery issues. Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter supplier invoices into the ERP software program
• Manage and reconcile data integrity reports
• Oversee department email and divert unnecessary emails accordingly
• Follow specific procedures for receiving, recording, and naming received invoices
• Ensure meticulous detail in printing and filing each invoice correctly
• Handle error corrections related to electronic data interchange (EDI)
• Track invoices and purchase orders and create client deposits
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate with appropriate parties when necessary
• Set up templates for new clients and understand their unique requirements
• Conduct research before communicating issues to stakeholders.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skills in Billing and Invoice Processing
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
• Proficiency in SAP software
• Previous experience in the Service industry
• Prior experience as an Accounting Clerk is preferred.
