Description
Our client is in need of a Bookkeeper/Office Manager! This role will revolve heavily around handling the accounting, human resources and day to day office administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast pace environment and have a passion to develop and maintain policies and procedures. This contract position is located in the east metro and is estimated to be a 3-5 month project.
Responsibilities:
Processing full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Process and post payments
Process payroll on a biweekly basis within ADP
Order inventory office supplies and equipment; prepare and submit orders for purchase
Account Reconciliations and Bank Reconciliations
Answering phones and filing as necessary

Requirements
AA or BA/BS in Accounting or related
3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and experience using an ERP software system (QuickBooks, Peachtree, etc.)
Deep understanding of accounts receivable & accounts payable
Account & bank reconciliation experience
General ledger experience highly desired
