Robert Half Financial Analyst/Manager in St. Paul, Minnesota

Description We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst/Manager based in St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. In this role, you'll take on a critical financial management position within our fast-paced environment, acting as a key liaison between our finance team and organizational leadership. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing financial operations, enhancing our financial planning and analysis tools, and driving improvements in our finance ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning and analysis responsibilities, including budgeting, planning, and forecasting to support strategic decisions

• Oversee monthly consolidated reporting, working closely with accounting teams for accurate financial closes

• Develop and optimize budget models for efficient financial management

• Represent the finance team in communications with stakeholders, fostering strong relationships

• Assist in preparing financial and investor relations materials, addressing inquiries clearly

• Collaborate with teams to craft Monthly and Quarterly Performance Narratives for effective communication

• Drive improvements in data quality, key performance indicator reporting, and operational efficiency

• Manage insurance activities, including workstreams, requests, and audits to mitigate risks effectively

• Utilize various Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, and other skills to perform accounting functions, manage accounts payable, conduct auditing, budget processes, customer service, and financial modeling.

• Employ project management skills to manage construction projects and the Project Management Office effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Financial Analyst or Manager role.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services.

• Demonstrable experience with CapEx and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions and Accounting Functions.

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Auditing.

• Knowledge of Budget Processes and Customer Service.

• Expertise in Financial Modeling and Construction Projects - Accounting.

• Proven track record in Project Management and PMO - Project Management Office.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.

• Professional certification such as CFA or CMA is highly desirable.
