Description

One of Robert Half's clients in the medical devices industry is searching for a Project Manager:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with 7+ years of IT experience using a standard IT methodology, including a minimum of 7 years in a project leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of performing project planning and implementation, managing cross-functional teams, and successfully delivering multiple medium and small projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the resources and processes used to develop and implement strategic and tactical application and infrastructure projects.

  • Manage all task activities and staff assigned to the project.

  • Initiate, communicate, and organize project activities effectively.

  • Create and maintain an effective team environment.

  • Execute initial project investigations, requirements definition, scope management, schedule and task management, issues management, quality and budget management, risk analysis and management, contingency planning, and change management.

  • Coordinate overall project control and monitor project status.

  • Manage project teams and relationships with stakeholders.

  • Execute and improve IT processes.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and operating procedures.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 7 years in a project leadership role.

  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity.

  • Proven experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple medium and small projects simultaneously.IT.

  • Self-motivated with excellent planning, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.

  • Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a timely manner.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with healthcare applications is a plus.
