Robert Half Commissions Specialist in St. Petersburg, Florida
Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk in St. Petersburg, Florida. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for various data entry tasks and research activities. You will also have the chance to apply your Microsoft Office skills and other computer skills in a remote work setup within the telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurate and efficient data entry to maintain our databases and systems
• Conduct research to support our operations and decision-making processes
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Apply computer skills to navigate our systems and perform tasks efficiently
• Handle financial notes and commissions to support our financial processes
• Use your knowledge in NIS (Network and Information Systems) to assist in managing our network systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Entry and Research is mandatory.
• Experience in handling Financial Notes will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• Understanding of Commissions and their calculations will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with NIS (Network Information System) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required. Higher education will be a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
