Description
Growing Organization in Tampa, FL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a long-term consulting project. This position has the opportunity to work 100% remotely! Must have deep understanding of healthcare industry, specifically costing/decision making/labor productivity reporting. This position will interview and start immediately!
Responsibilities:
• Design analytic models using patient encounter and related data to collaborate with key leadership customers to improve performance and achieve strategic goals
• Work in tandem with department heads, executive staff, and finance leadership in the development of the annual operating budget
• Contribute to the capital budget development and identify where capital projects have operating cost impacts
• Analyze and investigate actual-to-budget variances and quantify the dollar value impact of payor mix shifts and CMI variances

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst, Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in using CapEx, CRM, and Data Mining Techniques
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions
• Knowledge of Activity Based Costing and Activity Based Costing (ABC) methods
