Description
We are offering an exciting role in the Property Management/Facilities Mgt industry, located in STAMFORD, Connecticut. The position entails the functions of an Accounts Payable Clerk, requiring specialized skills in areas such as Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Processing accounts payable transactions and managing the overall process
• Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
• Executing check runs to ensure timely payment of invoices
• Coding invoices accurately to enable precise tracking and reporting
• Performing data entry tasks to maintain records and databases
• Processing invoices efficiently to ensure all details are accurately captured
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks
• Operating Oracle software for various accounting tasks
• Leveraging QuickBooks for financial management and operational tasks
• Utilizing SAP for various accounting and financial operations.
Requirements
• Proficient in account reconciliation
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with check runs
• Competent in coding invoices
• Strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of invoice processing
