Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Stamford, Connecticut. The role primarily involves supporting the sales team, managing customer relations, and utilizing various software tools for efficient work. The customer service representative will be a key player in our team, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Support the sales team in daily administrative tasks
• Assist in the processing and analysis of sales data
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
• Assist in organizing sales promotional activities
• Use CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word to manage tasks and information effectively
• Handle customer complaints and queries in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems is essential
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus
• Experience in cash activity and closing processes is required
• Must have excellent complaint handling skills
• Experience in interacting and communicating with C-Suite level executives is preferred
