Robert Half ERP/CRM Developer in Stamford, Connecticut
Description
We are offering a contract for a permanent position as an ERP/CRM Developer based in Stamford, Connecticut. As an ERP/CRM Developer, you will be focusing on the customization, enhancement, and optimization of our Epicor Kinetic ERP system. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the ERP system with business processes to drive efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional business teams to ensure the Epicor system aligns with business processes
• Design, develop, and implement custom modules, screens, reports, and business processes in Epicor Kinetic
• Create and maintain integrations between Epicor Kinetic and other enterprise systems such as CRM, e-commerce platforms, third-party applications
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide real-time, actionable insights for business users
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and improvements to ensure data integrity and system stability
• Customize and extend Epicor forms and workflows using Epicor Application Studio and Low-Code/No-Code tools
• Participate in new Epicor module implementations, configurations, and system updates
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing technical support for end-users and system administrators
• Continuously evaluate the performance of the Epicor Kinetic system and identify opportunities for process improvements, system optimization, and automation
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation for customizations, integrations, workflows, and system configurations
• Provide technical guidance and training to users and IT teams on system usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Requirements • Proficiency in Client Side Scripting
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies
• Extensive knowledge of CRM platforms
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Experience with AB Testing methodologies
• Proficiency in API Development
• Understanding of Business Process Functions
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents
