Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity near the eastside of Madison, Wisconsin, for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator in the financial services industry. As part of our team, your primary role will be to manage our employees' benefits programs and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Responsibilities:
• Accurately process and submit electronic payments to ensure timely issuance of pays.
• Coordinate the daily processing of benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and claims.
• Maintain and update detailed employee records and benefits files.
• Verify the hours worked by employees and update salary information accordingly.
• Ensure accurate payroll deductions and produce monthly reports.
• Resolve payroll and benefits-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain payroll records for new hires and terminations and ensure accurate processing of employer contributions and payroll deductions.
• Inform and advise employees about the company's benefit programs and details.
• Ensure all banking information for each employee is correctly entered into the system.
• Create and maintain records, reports, and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as a Payroll and Benefits Administrator.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory.
• Multi-State Payroll experience
• Proven experience in auditing payroll and benefits.
