What you get to do every single day

  • Ledger, cluster, and/or distribute mail and packages

  • Attain and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers

  • Regain data within allotted time frames

  • Employ mail processing equipment

  • Conserve optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)

  • Intercept assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station

  • Manage clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing

  • Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary

  • Acquire high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specified guidelines


  • Candidates who are flexible and focused will be preferred

  • 1+ years of prior experience working in a high-volume mailroom setting

  • Comfortable handling office equipment

  • Exceptional time management skills preferred

  • Sort Incoming Mail experience desired

  • navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

  • Proficiency in Basic Office Equipment

  • Data entry experience highly desired

  • Proven knowledge of Inventory Tracking

  • Command of Ensure Quality

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

  • Skilled in mail processing at organizational level

  • Carry through general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature
