Robert Half International Customer Service Representative in Stratham, New Hampshire

Description Customer Service Representatives might be interested in this opportunity via OfficeTeam, in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. Your responsibilities in this role

  • Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion

  • Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

  • Receive and place telephone calls

  • Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

  • Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external

  • Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • 1+ years of past relevant experience

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills

  • Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently

    • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Well-founded grasp of Creative Problem Solving

  • Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Customer service experience preferred

  • Proficient Computer Skills experience desired

  • Microsoft Excel experience

  • Deep understanding of Multi Task

  • Expertise in Communication Skills

  • No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
