Your responsibilities in this role
Give exceptional customer service in a timely fashion
Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
Receive and place telephone calls
Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
Supportive, positive attitude with a detail oriented demeanour applied to all tasks
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
1+ years of past relevant experience
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking, problem solving, ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
Well-founded grasp of Creative Problem Solving
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient Computer Skills experience desired
Microsoft Excel experience
Deep understanding of Multi Task
Expertise in Communication Skills
No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
