Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Strongsville, Ohio

Description Do you love building solid customer relationships? You might be the Customer Service Representative Robert Half is looking for, for a position in the growing Service industry. This Customer Service Representative position is an excellent career opportunity for someone who is articulate and highly-skilled. This could be the Strongsville, Ohio Customer Service Representative position you're looking for, if you're available for a long-term contract / contract to permanent engagement. If you like the idea of working in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center, this position could be for you. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday from 8:00am -4:30pm.

What you get to do every day

  • Receive and send written business correspondence

  • Handle incoming telephone calls

  • Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  • Be a part of business development by actively cross-selling and referring customers Requirements - 2+ years of past relevant experience

    • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

    • Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

    • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications

    • Strong customer service and office administrative skills

  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

    • Customer service experience

    • Proven knowledge of Answering Inbound Calls

    • Data entry experience preferred

    • Assist Customers experience required

    • Well-founded grasp of Detailed Reports

    • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP

    • Experience with Microsoft Office

    • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
