Robert Half ERP Integration Manager in Strongsville, Ohio
Description We are in the search for a competent ERP Integration Manager to be a part of our team located in Strongsville, Ohio. The chosen candidate will be a crucial part of our service industry team, providing expertise in the management and implementation of ERP systems. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity and will involve significant interaction with various cloud technologies, CRM, and business process functions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the implementation of Sage Intacct accounting software.
• Conduct comprehensive training for end users on software functionalities.
• Manage and format templates for efficient data migration.
• Uphold a strong understanding of basic accounting principles to guide system implementation.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Utilize advanced business application programming (ABAP) in system implementation.
• Leverage skills in Epicor ERP in the management of the system.
• Conduct AB testing to ensure system efficiency.
• Employ business intelligence (BI) in decision-making processes.
• Create business requirement documents to guide system implementation.
• Manage change effectively in the system implementation process.
• Conduct data mapping to ensure efficient data migration.
• Perform API testing to ensure system interoperability. Requirements • Possess 5+ years of experience working as an ERP Integration Manager or in a similar role within the service industry
• Advanced skills in Business Application Programming (ABAP) are necessary
• Proficient in Cloud Technologies to manage and monitor enterprise-wide systems
• Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required
• Experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP for seamless integration and management
• Familiarity with AB Testing to optimize system performance and user experience
• Proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) for data analysis and strategic planning
• Able to understand and manage Business Process Functions
• Capable of creating and interpreting Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Change Management to effectively implement system changes
• Proficient in Data Mapping to ensure accurate data transfer between systems
