Robert Half International Office Administrator in Strongsville, Ohio


Robert Half is working with a West Side company looking to hire an Office Administrator to their growing team. This position provides administrative support in the HR and Finance fields of the office. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities include:

  • Open and sort incoming mail

  • Coordinate approval of invoices from the proper departments

  • Data Entry into SAP

  • Payroll Support; reviewing timecards and ensuring hours are correct

  • Follow up on employee questions in regards to payroll and benefits

  • General accounting knowledge to back-up the office bookkeeper
