Description
Title: Senior Manager - Personalization
As the Senior Manager of Personalization, you will set the vision for personalization across all customer touchpoints. Using Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Target, you will enhance customer experiences across web, email, mobile, digital ads, and call centers. Your role will focus on 1:1 personalization, segmentation, A/B testing, and developing a comprehensive personalization roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a personalization strategy aligned with business goals.
Utilize Adobe tools to implement personalization tactics.
Define customer segmentation strategies for tailored content.
Lead A/B and multi-variant testing to optimize customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute personalization initiatives.
Use data to inform personalization strategies and drive results.
Document and report on personalization efforts and outcomes.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree; Master's is a plus.
7+ years in a senior personalization-focused role.
Proficiency in Adobe Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, and Target.
Strong skills in segmentation, A/B testing, and data analysis.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Consumer brand experience is a plus.
