Description We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a CFO, based in Suite 240, California, United States. This role involves overseeing a variety of financial and accounting functions within our organization, requiring proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Capital Management, Cash Flow Analysis, SAP, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor weekly performance indicators and provide insights to facilitate better decision making.

• Develop SKU Bill of Materials based on costs and consumption of raw materials.

• Oversee periodic and annual physical observations of all inventories, including both Raw Material and Finished Goods.

• Manage the fixed asset register from PO creation to installation, depreciation, and ultimately disposal of assets.

• Analyze productivity projects and compare with the headquarter location.

• Oversee cost accounting, monthly closes, and variance analysis.

• Manage budgets and forecasts with plant and HQ teams, ensuring the project is within budget and scope.

• Establish and maintain financial controls and processes.

• Oversee internal controls and coordinate audits.

• Efficiently implement and use SAP for data analysis.

• Create and maintain SOPs for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with plant departments and manage local procurement.

• Lead special projects and continuous improvement efforts. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a CFO or similar role

• Proven competency in Accounting Software Systems such as SAP

• Extensive knowledge of Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

• Demonstrable expertise in handling Accounting Functions and Budget Processes

• Experience in Capital Management and Cash Flow Analysis

• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies for the company

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must have a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or related advanced degree is desirable

• Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

• Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheets

• Strong understanding of data privacy standards and regulations

• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels of end-users and technical resources.
