Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst IV to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will work closely with project and program managers, particularly within the Global Cyber Security portfolio. You will be involved in various projects, impacting people, processes, and technologies. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
• Mapping each Azure subnet to an application and corresponding Application Delivery Lead using various data sources
• Confirming subnet ownership and maintaining an updated spreadsheet of mapping data
• Updating Netskope DB tables with all required data using basic SQL statements provided by the project team
• Creating Jira cards and deployment spreadsheets to be provided to Engineers
• Assisting Engineers with identifying Configuration Items in ServiceNow
• Collaborating with the People Business Analyst to ensure Jira cards are prepped as per templates provided by the project manager and changes are raised in accordance with Change Management timelines
• Building and maintaining strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs
• Documenting and communicating the impact of changes to key stakeholders and the business
• Facilitating meetings supporting all phases of assigned projects using appropriate tools and technology
• Ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and reconciliation within reports and dashboards by reviewing, identifying, and resolving gaps and inconsistencies
• Gathering requirements, providing expertise and guidance, and executing plans to enhance business capability, achieve results, and support the global cyber security organization.

• Experience in software component selection and server management
• Proven ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Knowledge of configuration and defect management
• Collaboration and team working abilities
• Experience in managing deployments
