Description
Our client has an opening for an administrative coordinator position in Sun Valley, California for a Medical Device Company.
Responsibilities:
• Obtain customers' purchase orders via email and/or phone and enter them into our ERP system.
• Maintain current customer account information to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely customer sales orders and acknowledgements.
• Review orders to identify and prevent potential issues that could impact the customer or business and bring any problems to management's attention with recommended solutions.
• Process all international orders and assist the shipping department with any required customs documentation or customer preferred freight arrangements.
• Answer incoming calls and make appropriate transfers to other team members as requested.
• Undertake additional projects as assigned by your supervisor.
• Exhibit a strong sense of team spirit and a desire to collaborate and meet time-sensitive deadlines
Requirements
• 3-5 years’ Inside Sales/Administrative/Office Mgr. Experience
• Proficiency in SAGE 100 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Excellent communication and attention to detail/accuracy
• Experience entering and processing Sales Orders, Customer Service, and answering & distributing incoming calls.
