Description JOB SCOPE/DUTIES - Responsible for performing a broad array of member services including, but not limited to, opening deposit account products - including certificate accounts, renewing certificate accounts, providing assistance and resolution to requests for service and/or account-related issues, and performing account maintenance as necessary. Answers member/branch staff questions regarding Credit Union services provided. Processes Account Services’ incoming mail requests and responds to phone inquiries and transactions from members and branch staff. Completes miscellaneous tasks as required.
EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Normally requires an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; or the equivalent level of experience in the functional area plus 2 years’ experience in a financial institution. Requirements Account Management
