Description One of our clients is in need of a talented and goal-driven professional for a Bookkeeper role offered on a permanent basis. If interested, apply now via Robert Half. Data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P will be the main responsibilities of the Bookkeeper. On top of this, you will manage month-end closing, accounts receivable, reconciliation, and accounts payable. Self-driven and organized professionals will thrive in this role and should apply immediately. Located in Sunnyvale, California, this Bookkeeper role will be a permanent opening.
Responsibilities
Direct monthly accounting close
Sustain monthly accounting close
Knowledgeable with Accounts Receivable
Plan monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Extra unique tasks if required
Create cash flow projections, as needed
Sustain Accounts Payable
Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation
Manage sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Iron out subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Manage general ledger Requirements - The ideal candidate will be highly-skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dynamic accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment
Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
Proven analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
QuickBooks experience
Basic Bookkeeping experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
