Description We are seeking a Report Developer to join our healthcare team located in Sunrise, Florida. In this role, you will work closely with various business units to design, develop, modify, and implement detailed reports using Excel or SQL Server Reporting Services to meet the organization's reporting needs. Your responsibilities will extend to creating data extracts for ad-hoc reports and developing effective reporting methods. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business teams to understand their unique reporting requirements and assist in report development.

• Design, develop, modify, and implement reports using Excel and/or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to meet the organization's needs.

• Create detailed reports using SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2016) with a comprehensive understanding of the report life cycle.

• Generate large volume data extracts for ad-hoc reports using SSRS or Excel.

• Work directly with team personnel and business units from concept through implementation, following BI reporting development life cycle, including Requirement Gathering and Documentation, Analysis and Development, and Testing and Implementation.

• Develop and support complex SQL reports and perform data analysis.

• Participate in efforts to continually improve data collection and analysis methods.

• Resolve performance issues by performing data integrity and audit checks to ensure report accuracy.

• Actively participate in improving project backlogs and participate in peer reviews.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and other training. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Crystal Enterprise and Crystal Reports

• Familiarity with Info View and Maximo software

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software

• Knowledge in Ad Hoc Reporting and Ad Hoc Analysis

• Ability to create Charts and Graphs and Dashboards

• Understanding of Credit Union Policy

• Proficiency in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

• Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document

• Knowledge and experience in MS SQL Server

• Familiarity with HealthCare Informatics

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
