Reputable and innovative company within the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced and hands-on Sales Strategy Leader that will play a crucial role in meeting the company’s aggressive revenue goals. In this role, you will direct the sales planning and execution to acquire and expand new business for all of their subsidiary companies. The Sales Strategy Leader will be responsible for the development, coaching, training, and accountability of the sales team and their performance. You will also work cross-functionally with other leaders in the company to improve their services and the overall provider and patient experience. The ideal candidate has experience building and leading a sales team focused on delivering solutions and driving revenue, has a track record of growing businesses within the healthcare industry, and possesses a strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and communication.

Requirements

-7-10+ years of experience working as a Sales and Business Development professional focused on B2B sales within the healthcare, medical devices, or related services.

-5+ years of experience leading a sales and account management team.

-Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.

-Entrepreneurial approach to business development.

-Experience improving operations systems (CRM, telephony) to drive business growth and maintain account retention.

-A data-driven leader who uses data to create opportunities, influence internally, and coach a team.

-Passionate about solving problems in a high-growth innovative environment.

-Ability to adapt to changing environments and "roll up your sleeves".

-Proven ability to multi-task and contribute innovative business solutions.
