Description We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our team located in Sunrise, Florida. This role is integral to managing and maintaining software applications that support various business functions within our organization. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise for division technology assets and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on the configuration and setup of systems to optimize business operations, focusing on efficiency.

• Participate in the design, testing, and maintenance of reports, while maintaining and updating system configuration when appropriate.

• Create and maintain functional and business requirements, system configuration documents, operating procedures, and implementation documents.

• Design and provide both formal and informal training, and perform pre or post-implementation testing of any system or related function or process.

• Communicate with IT infrastructure teams for system configuration, user acceptance testing, and test case activities.

• Represent business interests in enterprise-wide technology initiatives and teams addressing technology and business process improvements.

• Develop measurement tools and key performance indicators, supplying key data for Business Intelligence (BI) reporting to depict operational status.

• Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation.

• Provide metrics on system usage and resources.

• Utilize skills in Sage 300, Amazon Web Services (AWS), WMS System, NetSuite to effectively perform duties. Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role.

• Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is essential.

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.

• Knowledge and practical experience with Sage 300.

• Working knowledge of WMS System and NetSuite.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language.

• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.

• Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.

• Must be able to work independently without supervision.

• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
