Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Superior, Colorado

Description We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. This role will be based in Superior, Colorado, and offers a contract employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing various administrative operations, including managing the company's management system, utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the company's management system to ensure efficient operations.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain records, generate reports, and facilitate both internal and external communication.

• Handle correspondence with various stakeholders such as clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

• Provide high-level customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues.

• Perform data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

• Support the C-Suite by assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

• Utilize the 'About Time' software for effective project management and time tracking.

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and documents.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in an administrative role within the construction or contractor industry.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Experience with the management system 'About Time' is desirable.

• Strong customer service skills and experience in handling C-Suite level correspondence.

• Proven track record in data entry tasks, demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.

• Relevant certification in administrative support or office management will be an added advantage.
