Robert Half International Controller in Suwanee, Georgia
My client based in Johns Creek is looking for a Controller to manage the accounting and help grow the company. The position will be responsible for the following:
Analytical support for the Group CEO/CFO
Cash management for all development entities
Accounting for homebuilding and facility development projects
Invoicing/coding/Accounts Payable management for all development activities
Coordination with affiliated construction partners for all construction activities
Monitoring and reporting on development spending against budget for all development activities
Actual to budget comparisons for all development entities
Preparation / review of key account reconciliations
Monitoring of all loan balances, covenants, head room
Coordination of audits for properties together with the 3rd party management company
Prepare combined financials for all facilities based upon 3rd party financials
Review monthly financials from all facilities and challenge the results with the 3rd party provider
Review and propose alternatives for current accounting systems and processes
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Real Estate experience is required
Real Estate Development experience is preferred
