Description
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including researching discrepancies, preparing reports, and conducting financial analysis to support decision-making.
Lead month-end close activities, including the preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and bank reconciliations, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy.
Analyze accounting data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete ad hoc projects and reports, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording of transactions.
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger through meticulous record-keeping and reconciliation processes.
Proactively identify and resolve errors or discrepancies in financial entries and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit documentation, supporting external audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
