Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Cash Application Specialist in SWEDESBORO, New Jersey. In this role, you will be a key player on a team, where you will handle cash applications, maintain customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. This job is situated within the Accounting Software Systems industry and requires skills in data processing and automated clearing house (ACH) functions.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications to ensure efficient workflow.
• Utilize CyberSource and Epic Software for various accounting functions.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on the cash activity.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records by utilizing Accounting Software Systems.
• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and billing functions.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding their credit applications and accounts.
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report generation.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data processed in Epic System.
• Perform other related tasks as required, in line with your skills and expertise.
Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cash Application Specialist or in a similar role
• Proficient with Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with CyberSource is an asset
• Experience in Data Processing
• Knowledge of Epic Software and Epic System
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions
• Proficient in Billing Functions
• Experience handling Cash Activity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
