Robert Half Collections Specialist in Swedesboro, New Jersey

Description We are seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Swedesboro, New Jersey. This role involves maintaining accurate customer records, processing customer applications, and handling customer inquiries. As a Collections Specialist, you will also be tasked with monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle business to business collections efficiently.

• Apply your experience with Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage customer accounts.

• Utilize Accurint and ADP - Financial Services to process customer credit applications.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Use Epic Software and Accounts Receivable (AR) skills to resolve customer inquiries.

• Manage and respond to inbound calls from customers.

• Perform billing functions and claim administration as necessary.

• Follow established collection processes to ensure the smooth operation of business activities.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Use your experience with various collection processes to ensure the smooth operation of business activities. Requirements • Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with Accurint is a necessity

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is essential

• Must have experience in using CRM

• Proficiency in using Epic Software is required

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is crucial

• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively

• Experience in Billing Functions is needed

• Expertise in Claim Administration is necessary

• Must have a solid understanding of Collection Processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required

• Must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Must have a high degree of ethical standards and integrity

• Excellent customer service skills are required

• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
