Description
Robert Half is looking for a talented, accurate HR Generalist/ Recruiter to fill a permanent position within an innovative company. The HR Generalist/ Recruiter will support full-cycle recruitment which encompasses sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates of all levels for various practice groups and geographic markets.

Develop strategies to attract and retain top-tier candidates for our company.
Establish a network of applicant sources by engaging with educational institutions, community services, employment websites, social media, and other online job posting platforms.
Utilize additional features of job posting sites, like Indeed's resume database, to find more qualified applicants for vacancies.
Collaborate with management to assess the staffing requirements of each department and formulate comprehensive staffing strategies.
Recruit for all vacancies within the company in accordance with approved requisitions, following the guidance of the HR Director.
Requirements
The ideal HR Generalist/ Recruiter candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree.
Other requirements for the HR Generalist/ Recruiter position include and are not limited to:
3+ years of experience in a recruiting role for a manufacturing facility
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to navigate through the programs within Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
