Robert Half Payroll Manager in SYRACUSE, New York


Chris Preble from the Syracuse Robert Half office is working again with a Syracuse client that has engaged him to find a Payroll Manager. This is a succession planning position and at an organization with outstanding benefits and really good work life balance.

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for administering full-cycle payroll the organization - hourly and salaried employees. Working closely with HR and Finance teams, you will administer bi-weekly payroll, help oversee the company’s benefits program, carry out various month-end and reporting tasks and ensure compliance.

The ideal candidate will be a persistent self-starter with strong payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management and organizational skills.


Current and relevant payroll experience

Management of staff is preferred

Excellent communication skills
