Description Summary/Objective
The Showroom Coordinator is responsible for providing a high level of service to clients as an integral team member who supports the business goals. As the first point of contact, this position ensures customer satisfaction by greeting clients and understanding their needs and objectives. Is also responsible for completing both administrative and design related tasks.

● Responsible for being the first point-of-contact for the showroom
● Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
● Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients
● Assists customers in viewing slabs, selecting products, and answering inquiries concerning company products
● Use of video chat platforms, messaging apps and other common communication tools
● Manage client accounts in Sales Information System
● Collaborate with sales team and other departments to align sales strategies and provide exceptional customer service
● Capable of working in both administrative and creative capacities including contributing to the visual presentation of the showroom
● Interest in and knowledge of kitchen design
● All other duties as assigned Requirements Inside Sales, Customer Service, Account Management
