Description

Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with a Syracuse client of his that has substantially grown. This is a hybrid role and a unique position because it's a mix of financial analysis and data analysis. The key to this position is the candidate has SAP experience. This is a must have.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data sets, helping to design advanced analytical frameworks, and optimizing data processes. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to shape data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis of data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential business risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.

• Develop data models and statistical analysis to drive insights and recommendations for business strategy.

• At times, assist with preparation of detailed financial reports

• Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Some involvement with the annual budgeting process, collaborating with various departments to gather and consolidate budget inputs

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools to continuously improve data capabilities.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is essential.

• Experience with SAP is required.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
