Description
Chris Preble from Robert Half is working with a Syracuse organization with a great bonus and benefits to add to their Analysis team. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for a variety of duties and holds a critical position within the Company. This position will be responsible supporting business stakeholders with budgeting, forecasting, building models, reporting and analysis. This position will also support Finance with close processes and analysis.
Responsibilities Include:
Supporting
The business with accurate and proactive business analysis and insights
The business planning
Building and maintaining the Company data warehouse and KPI dashboards
Month-end close and financial audits as required
Building company policies and processes as required
Responsible for:
Helping to run the budget and forecasting processes
Helping build and maintaining the budget, forecast and other business models
Regular management reporting and analysis for business stakeholders
Financial and KPI variance analysis compared to the business plans
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial and non-financial information
Recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis supporting finance and business stakeholders
Requirements
Comprehensive knowledge of financial analysis
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
Experience in problem solving
Outstanding communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
