In this role, you will help manage our company's financial activities, ensuring precision and compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role involves financial reporting, analysis, and the provision of strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal utilization of financial resources.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors.

• Perform variance analysis to identify trends and provide insights into financial performance.

• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting and finance.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Ability to handle Month End Close procedures

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
